We don’t charge a diagnostic fee. Instead, we charge a dispatch fee to cover the cost of sending a licensed plumber to your home. Once we’re there, we’ll diagnose the issue, explain what’s going on, and provide upfront flat-rate pricing before any work begins. You’ll know exactly what the repair costs before we start.
-
We use upfront flat-rate pricing. That means the price is based on the repair, not how long it takes us to complete it. Whether the job takes one hour or three, the approved price for the scope of work stays the same.
-
Absolutely. Our technicians have a 5000 hour guarantee. They are experienced, professionally trained, and fully insured. We take pride in performing clean, high-quality work while treating your home with the same respect we’d expect in our own.
-
Yes. Plumbing emergencies don’t always happen during business hours. We offer emergency plumbing services whenever possible for situations like burst pipes, major leaks, sewer backups, and no-water emergencies.
-
We handle nearly every residential plumbing need, including drain cleaning, water heater repair and replacement, leak repairs, fixture installations, sump pumps, water softeners, well pressure tanks, sewer and water line repairs, boiler work, gas piping, and much more.
-
Yes. We stand behind our workmanship with a one-year warranty on most repairs and installations, covering both parts and labor when materials are supplied by us. Our goal is to fix it right the first time.
-
You’re welcome to provide your own fixtures if you’d like. While we’ll gladly install customer-supplied products when appropriate, we cannot warranty parts that we didn’t supply. We do, however, stand behind our workmanship.
-
Because we believe hiring a plumber shouldn’t be a gamble. We show up when we say we will, communicate clearly, provide honest recommendations, offer upfront pricing, and take pride in doing the job right—not just getting it done. Our mission is simple: deliver the kind of service that earns your trust for years to come, not just for one repair.
-
If your water heater is over 10–12 years old, leaking from the tank, producing rusty water, or struggling to keep up with your household’s hot water demand, replacement is often the more cost-effective option. We’ll inspect your system first and give you honest recommendations. If a repair makes sense, we’ll tell you. If replacement is the better long-term investment, we’ll explain why.
-
That depends on the age, condition, and cost of the repair. Many boiler issues can be repaired, but if your boiler is nearing the end of its lifespan, breaking down frequently, or operating inefficiently, replacement may save you money over time. We’ll walk you through your options so you can make the decision that’s best for your home and budget.
-
Yes. Our technicians are experienced with both natural gas and propane piping and appliances. Whether you need a new gas line installed, an existing line repaired, or a gas appliance connected, we can ensure everything is installed safely and in accordance with current codes.
-
Hidden leaks aren’t always obvious. Some common warning signs include unusually high water bills, water stains on walls or ceilings, damp flooring, musty odors, reduced water pressure, or the sound of running water when nothing is turned on. If you suspect a leak, it’s best to have it inspected before it causes expensive damage.
-
If you have an active leak, the first step is to shut off the water supply if it’s safe to do so. Then give us a call as soon as possible. Acting quickly can help minimize water damage and prevent a small plumbing issue from turning into a major repair.
-
Even a slow drip can waste thousands of gallons of water over time and lead to mold, wood rot, drywall damage, and higher utility bills. Repairing a leak early is almost always far less expensive than repairing the damage it causes later.
-
Absolutely. Aging piping materials can cause poor water pressure, recurring leaks, and water quality concerns. We replace outdated piping with modern, code-approved materials designed for long-term reliability.
-
Yes. We install and service both traditional tank water heaters and high efficiency tankless systems. We’ll help you compare the advantages of each including energy efficiency, hot water capacity, upfront cost, and long-term savings, so you can choose the best option for your home.
-
Every leak is different, but most common plumbing leak repairs start around $250–$500. The final cost depends on the location of the leak, accessibility, the materials involved, and the complexity of the repair. We’ll always provide upfront pricing before any work begins.
-
A standard tank water heater replacement typically starts around $2,500, while high-efficiency or tankless water heater installations generally start around $4,500. Pricing varies based on the type of equipment, venting requirements, code upgrades, and installation complexity. We’ll provide options so you can choose what works best for your home and budget.
-
Most standard toilet installations start around $450, assuming the existing plumbing is in good condition and no additional repairs are needed. If we discover hidden issues such as damaged shut-off valves, flange repairs, or outdated plumbing, we’ll discuss those with you before moving forward.
-
The cost to replace a boiler depends on the size of your home, the type of boiler being installed, and any modifications required to your existing heating system. Most boiler replacements start around $8,000, with high-efficiency systems and more complex installations costing more. We’ll evaluate your system and provide upfront pricing with recommendations tailored to your home.
*Please note: The prices listed above are general starting ranges and are intended for budgeting purposes only. Every home and plumbing system is different. We provide upfront, flat-rate pricing after evaluating your specific situation, so you’ll know the exact cost before any work begins.
