We can’t say enough about the exceptional work of Ray and his team. We’ve had two plumbing emergencies in one month—both times with no running water in a household of six, including 10-month-old triplets—and he showed up the same day each time. The first time, we had a cracked pipe, that sounded like Niagara Falls under our floor. He took the time to clearly explain our options, walked us through short-term and long-term solutions, and helped us choose the best path forward for a proper repair. He even put in a temporary fix that got us water back that very day while we planned the full repair. The second time, he discovered the issue was a failed well pump and quickly took care of the replacement with the same level of professionalism, speed, and care. His responsiveness, thoroughness, and problem-solving mindset made incredibly stressful situations much easier. We are beyond grateful and recommend him to anyone—especially busy families who need someone they can count on in a pinch!

They have always been able to come the same day or the next day; they're very cognizant of how emergency plumbing issues impact our ability to function. So far they've fixed a leak due to an ice-jam, replaced the external bibs, and fixed a badly blocked kitchen sink, reworked the plumbing under the sink, advised us of upcoming problems, and found contributory factors alerting us to items that will likely need upcoming attention. I appreciate their excellent work ethic and knowledge.

Pro Elite was amazing from the get-go: scheduling was super easy and Ray got back to me within hours of my appointment request. We had some leaky lead pipes replaced with PVC, a constantly running toilet fixed, and a water filter placed at our kitchen faucet. The crew explained everything completely and were quick yet thorough in their work. They also wore booties inside our home, which seems like a small thing but was really appreciated by us! Pricing was completely transparent and any changes in cost were discussed before any work was done so no surprises. I would 10000% recommend Pro Elite to anyone looking for a professional, thorough, and honest plumbing company who does an amazing job and cares for your house as much as you do!

If I could give ten stars, I would! I have owned my home for 8 years and have never had good luck with plumbers, and we have had an ongoing plumbing problem for the past 3 years that 4 different companies couldn't figure out how to fix. And then, along came John, to our rescue. Not only was John polite, kind, communicative, and respectful—he fixed the complicated issue that I thought was a lost cause. He called me daily with updates, cleaned the bathroom incredibly well after the job was done, and explained in detail what he was doing, why, and how much it would cost. I literally cannot recommend any company more highly—you will NOT be sorry once you hire them!!!

I have nothing but the best things to say about these guys! First off, Ray is a true Pro Elite and knows his stuff inside and out (not to mention he's fully licensed in every aspect.) John and Matt are also just the best. They're all super good guys who take an enormous amount of pride in their work. And the work speaks for itself! We moved into an old house in Wappingers and it was in dire need of plumbing & heating help. Ray and John and Matt have helped us in every step of our renewal/restoration journey. Here's what they've done for us so far in the past year - 1. Replaced our well pump and installed new pipes and a better filtration system. 2. Replaced/improved all the corroded valves and pipes to our kitchen sink, bathrooms, and shower. 3. Replaced our old sump pump. 4. Did all the new plumbing for our upstairs bathroom renovation, including removing old cast iron piping, installing new PVC pipes in the walls and floors, and correctly installing all of our new faucets and fixtures. 5. Removed our old oil boiler and water heater and installed a new Navien propane furnace and water heater, along with running propane lines outside the house to the propane tanks. The work from these guys is absolutely top-notch and truly looks like it's been done by artisans. I've never said this before, but I'm really proud of my pipes! I show them off to all our guests. They're always impressed :) Can't recommend this team enough! Thanks, gents!!

These guys are top notch. We bought an old house (built circa 1916), and they've done the plumbing for the main bath gut reno, the kitchen 'refresh,' and installed a water softener + basement dehumidifier. The work is A++ and they are just nice people and easy to do business with. So after several jobs, they - Ray, John & Matt - remain 10 out of 10 in our book.

I called RP Pro earlier in the week regarding putting in a shut off for our outside spigot as we had already had one blown pipe last winter and did not want it to occur again. I was able to get someone to come out later in the week. They came, took a look, and were able to get the job done on the spot. I can’t recommend Ray and his guys enough. What started as a water leak in my bathroom ceiling and Ray coming almost immediately to help fix it, turned into him and the guys redoing some of the plumbing in my basement, helping get my sink re-plumbed, and a few other tasks. They are so knowledgeable and efficient. I’ve been recommended a few plumbers in the last 5 months of owning this house and not one of them fixed the problems I’ve had, but Ray came over and took care of it all. Will definitely be saving him as my go-to plumber.
