We can’t say enough about the exceptional work of Ray and his team. We’ve had two plumbing emergencies in one month—both times with no running water in a household of six, including 10-month-old triplets—and he showed up the same day each time. The first time, we had a cracked pipe, that sounded like Niagara Falls under our floor. He took the time to clearly explain our options, walked us through short-term and long-term solutions, and helped us choose the best path forward for a proper repair. He even put in a temporary fix that got us water back that very day while we planned the full repair. The second time, he discovered the issue was a failed well pump and quickly took care of the replacement with the same level of professionalism, speed, and care. His responsiveness, thoroughness, and problem-solving mindset made incredibly stressful situations much easier. We are beyond grateful and recommend him to anyone—especially busy families who need someone they can count on in a pinch!
