I would recommend Pro Elite over and over (and I have since they were here in January)!! Ray, John, and Fernando spent almost 10 hours at our house to defrost our pipes via machine and by hand! Their dedication to get the job done is unmatched and I am so grateful that we found them to help us. As everyone knows, this winter has been brutal and plumbers were in high demand during the super cold days, but dispatch let us know that Ray was available the next day. As the owner, Ray works alongside his team and clearly values their time and their opinions. The Water Is Now Flowing the Best It’s Ever Flowed
Sent a text to Ray in the evening about our kitchen sink clogged and water would not drain out for 2 of the last 3 days, with the 4th day taking 30 minutes for the sink to empty. Ray asked me to call Mike at dispatch the following morning to schedule a date that works. Mike took all my info and he offered the next day 2/4/26, but I couldn’t. Mike got me set up 2/5/26 ETA 8 a.m.–10 a.m., and I said, “Absolutely, thank you so much for the immediate service availability!” The communication from Ray to Mike and me was very appreciated and professional as we were in need of help. Scott was the plumber set to arrive on 2/5/26, and he was on time in the ETA window!
As the diagnosis began, Scott was very knowledgeable and presented 2 solutions when he viewed our very old galvanized steel pipe with him shining a flashlight on the pipe that was obviously needing replacement. Very thoughtful of him, we went to the basement to view the same pipe from under the kitchen and its path onto the exit out of the house to the sewer. His suggestion to remove the steel pipe came without hesitation! Scott went to work right after I agreed and signed the proposal he gave to replace galvanized and install PVC pipe, explaining future crud cannot build up as easy as old, outdated steel, like ours. Hence the clog from Sunday to Wednesday night! He knew what he was looking at and did his job extremely well.
Scott showed me one picture from the steel pipe that he cut out, and the buildup was shocking, as there was hardly room for water to flow through the extreme buildup. Scott hustled from the moment he got right to work, piece by piece, ensuring the replacement would give a much-needed flow of water and be able to channel the dishwasher flow in and out of that necessary machine. He also cleaned up and packed up efficiently with all the new parts. Scott never slowed down, and the outcome was an amazing transformation! Our kitchen sink gets lots of work daily as I mentioned that to Scott before he even got started. He went right after the problem, and I’m extremely happy with his hard work and professionalism under the sink and throughout the basement. The water is now flowing the best it’s ever flowed! Scott’s work area was covered to prevent any mess, which there was not!! Under the circumstances of frigid weather and very low temperatures, he explained to me this is not a frozen pipe. The trust that I have for Pro Elite Plumbing & Heating is wonderful. They all know what they’re doing!
In summary, we are extremely happy Ray Heikkla got in touch with dispatcher Mike, who got us a plumber to us as quick as possible on the calendar! The appointment was scheduled swiftly in 2 days by Mike! We had Scott working hard, and his knowledge led him right where to attack our clog problem! Our water flow is back up running like a champion, and all three of the aforementioned people played a huge part in this repair, with a fantastic job and the finishing touches well done by Scott! Payment was easy, and emails were sent ASAP.
If any one of my family or friends needed a reliable, well organized, hard working plumber and a company that does it right 100%, I would highly recommend Pro Elite Plumbing! Thank you all for the hard work from beginning to end! This is the second time Pro Elite has been to our house, the other for an exterior spigot replacement, and we were highly satisfied that day as well!!
