I would recommend Pro Elite over and over (and I have since they were here in January)!! Ray, John, and Fernando spent almost 10 hours at our house to defrost our pipes via machine and by hand! Their dedication to get the job done is unmatched and I am so grateful that we found them to help us. As everyone knows, this winter has been brutal and plumbers were in high demand during the super cold days, but dispatch let us know that Ray was available the next day. As the owner, Ray works alongside his team and clearly values their time and their opinions. We somehow got through the defrost with no burst pipes, and I really think we have Pro Elite's immediate response to thank for that. Can't go wrong when choosing them!!
