Fast, professional, and friendly service Dec 25, 2024

We recently lost heat in one zone of the house and called the company that installed the boiler to help. They determined that the issue was likely frozen pipes, but said we needed to call a plumber. Pro Elite was able to come out after hours on the evening before a holiday to help because they didn't want to risk the pipes bursting if we waited any longer. Ray quickly identified the likely part of the heating loop that was frozen and went to work getting it moving again while explaining everything he was going through the whole process. Sure enough, we had our heat back shortly thereafter and avoided potential damage to our home. We are very grateful for the fast, professional, and friendly service and will recommend Pro Elite to everyone we can.

Ray did an outstanding job freeing up a frozen heating line in my family room. He has excellent communication skills as well as his knowledge of heating repairs.
