How It All Began
Ray’s passion for the trade started early. At just 16, he began working in the home improvement industry and quickly realized he enjoyed solving problems and creating lasting solutions. By the time he was 20, he had landed his first plumbing apprenticeship, where his love for the craft grew.
Over the years, Ray gained experience working on high-profile projects, including Starbucks, Mr. Smoothie, New York Sports Club, and even the historic Carnegie estate. He also contributed to several upscale condominiums. These opportunities gave him the skills and confidence to eventually take the leap and start his own business.

Ray founded Pro Elite Plumbing & Heating in 2017 with a clear vision: provide honest, reliable service that customers can trust. Starting small, Ray worked tirelessly to grow the business. Today, Pro Elite has served over 700 happy customers across Dutchess, Putnam, and Westchester counties.
